• Treasurer gave his report
• Events – Division Forum National Conference Centre 26/01/25,           Question Time Shrewsbury Town Football Club 01/03/25
• Discussion regarding this years annual grant, marketing & club communication 
• Worcestershire Report – at their AGM a new treasurer came forward & continue to plan the rally season.
• Cheshire Report – Chris Haig returned as chair & future looks bright. 7000th rally celebration in May. Encouraging younger generation membership 
• Executive Member Report  – Last year Club performed well with a surplus allowing continued investment into sites. The changes in National Insurance & wages will not be passed onto members. 
• Nominated Member Report – highlighted the efforts from sites in cost savings
• AOB – new website discussed
