- Minutes from previous meeting approved.
- Report on action points outcome, contact with other Divisions who held successful Question Times at an attraction and by use of social media, not relying on Club. Talks with Central Division to host a joint Question Time in near future. Possible to hold another WCD Question Time in 2026.
- Team Structure. Since last meeting Keith Hardell has resigned as Administrator. David Orr (assisted by Joy) to take over until this role until AGM. Andy Gibbs to join the team as Deputy Chair.
- Clubfest. General feedback was a good event, the best yet. 2000 units and 7000 members attended, site more compact than previous years. Well supported by traders. Excellent daytime activities including kids club. Thanks to all Division Members who gave their time.
- Cheshire Report – Successful 7000th rally, 240 units and everyone enjoyed themselves.
- Worcestershire Report – since last meeting 3 rallies and more planned for the year.
- Future Events – AGM to be held on 11 September 2025 at RAF Museum Midlands followed by next WCD quarterly meeting.
