Chair’s report The Chair advised that as this was her last meeting in the role and time was needed to discuss the AGM maters she would not be presenting a report.

AGM

1) Officers : Currently just Andy Gibbs had submitted a nomination form however the following members stated that they are willing to stand next year as officers.
Vice chair – Andy Gibbs (Andy has subsequently amended his nomination from V/chair to
Chair)

2) AGM Actions:
DO to locate last year’s minutes
JK to contact RAF Cosford to confirm final numbers for lunch – done

3) Centre reports
Cheshire centre: AG said in summary that Cheshire were a busy centre with rallies each weekend However their attendances were down and some rallies were not full as had been the case in previous years. No-one knows the reason but it was thought it may be due to cost of living rises.
Worcester centre – DO reported that since the last meeting just 3 rallies had taken place:-
13 – 15 June. Park Grange 5 units
27 -25 June. Avon Bank Meadow 9 units
4 – 6 July . The Hanbury Show 8 Units
It is regreted that the following rallies have been cancelled due to lack of numbers:-
22 – 25 August Hayles Fruit Farm.
26 – 28 Sept Monks Barn farm
DO advised the meeting that Kevin Mills would be standing down as Chair of the
Worcestershire centre at the AGM and wished to thank the division for the support. It is
anticipated that he will be replaced as Chair by Jo-Ann Bradley

4)A.O.B
Whilst not specifically raised at the meeting DO advised that although this did not affect the
Division directly, he had been asked by the Worcestershire Treasurer to confirm that the
Divisional Treasurer was aware of the admin changes at Kendal Wadley which had changed
to the effect that they would now be invoicing CAMC on a monthly not annual basis.
The date was set for the 2026 AGM as Saturday 10th Oct 2026. Venue: TBA
